Vamana

Vamana karma is a medicated therapy which cleanses the Kapha toxins collected in the body and deconge-Vedasts the respiratory tract. This is essentially the best Ayurvedic treatment of Panchakarma that works as preventive as well as curative therapy while releasing the built up toxins produced due to Kapha dosha imbalance.

The Vamana karma is generally started with giving abhyanga (body massage) and swedana (steam bath) to the client. After this a mixture of Herbs and Ayurvedic Drugs used in Vamana Karma is made to consume.
